Ambedkar National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jalandhar organised a four-day Leadership and Community Development Camp in collaboration with the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) and the Institute's National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit. Conducted from 18–21 March 2026, the programme included expert sessions on self-awareness, leadership styles, teamwork, and community development delivered by trainers from RGNIYD. Organised under the guidance of Director Prof. Binod Kumar Kanaujia, Dean (Student Welfare) Prof. Anish Sachdeva, and Registrar Prof. Ajay Bansal, with coordination by NSS faculty members, the camp aimed to cultivate leadership qualities, teamwork, and social responsibility among students through interactive learning and team-building activities. The initiative reflects NIT Jalandhar's commitment to holistic education, youth leadership, and community engagement. |
